Frequently asked questions

Where can I find the latest Springbok and SA rugby fixtures?

This page lists upcoming South African rugby fixtures, including the Springboks and the local franchises, with dates, kickoff times in SAST, venues and the competition. It is updated regularly from official schedules.

Which competitions are covered?

It brings the major South African rugby competitions together in one place, including Springbok internationals such as the Rugby Championship and end-of-year tour Tests, along with the franchises in the United Rugby Championship and other tournaments they play in.

Are kickoff times shown in South African time?

Yes. All kickoff times are in South African Standard Time, SAST, which is UTC plus two hours. For away Tests and overseas matches, the time is converted to SAST so you know when the game starts locally.

Why are some fixtures marked TBC?

TBC means the kickoff date or time has not been officially confirmed yet. Once the organisers publish the final details, the fixture is updated.

Does this include the United Rugby Championship?

Yes. The South African teams in the United Rugby Championship are included, alongside Springbok Tests and other competitions, so you can follow both club and international rugby from one page.

Can I add these fixtures to my own calendar?

Yes. Click the Add to calendar button near the filters and your browser downloads a standard calendar file, an .ics, that opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. It saves the fixtures you are currently viewing, so if you filter by a team or a competition first, only those upcoming matches are added. Each match is stored with its correct kickoff time, so it shows at the right moment in your calendar wherever you are in the world. Fixtures still marked TBC are added as all day entries until an exact time is confirmed. The file is a snapshot from the moment you download it, so if the schedule changes later, just click the button again to refresh your copy.
